Carriers charge on the greater of the actual weight and the volumetric (dimensional) weight of your consignment. Our quote calculator works out both for you, applies the tariff for your destination zone and shows an estimated price range for each service. A member of our team then confirms the final price.
Volumetric weight reflects the space a parcel takes up on an aircraft or vehicle. For courier services it is length x width x height in centimetres divided by 5,000; for air freight the divisor is usually 6,000. A large but light box is therefore charged on its volumetric weight. Online prices are indicative estimates based on the information you provide. Final prices depend on accurate weights and dimensions, the collection and delivery addresses, fuel surcharges and any additional services. We confirm everything with you before your shipment is booked.
